Ordering
Who can buy from us?
Adults 21 and older, buying for lawful laboratory research. You'll confirm both at checkout.
Can I use these products on myself or an animal?
No. Everything we sell is for laboratory research use only, and not for human or veterinary use. We can't give dosing or medical advice.
Do I need an account?
Yes. All checkouts require an account. We have no guest checkout options.
Payment
How do I pay?
With one of the payment apps shown at checkout, such as CashApp or Venmo. After you place your order, we show you our handle and your order number. Send the exact total and put the order number in the payment memo.
Why don't you take cards?
Peptides is a tricky space for payment processors. It's often difficult to find payment processors who are willing to work with research use only peptides. We continue to explore options to make the payment process easier.
When is my order confirmed?
When we've verified that your payment arrived. We check payments by hand and email you once it's confirmed. Tap "I've sent payment" after paying so we know to look.
What if I don't pay?
Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours and the items go back into stock. We'll email you a reminder before that happens.
I sent the wrong amount, or forgot the order number.
Email us with your order number and the name on the account you paid from, and we'll match it up.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
$9.99, or free on orders of $150 or more after discounts.
How long will it take?
Orders usually ship by USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days after your payment is verified.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when it ships. You'll also find it under Orders in your account.
Returns
Can I return something?
All sales are final, with a few exceptions such as damaged items. See our Refund & Return Policy.

It's out of stock.
Do you publish certificates of analysis?
Where a certificate of analysis is available for a product, it's linked on that product's page.
