Where we ship

We ship to the USA only.

Cost

• $9.99 flat rate per order.
• Free on orders of $150 or more, after any discount.

When your order ships

We ship once your payment is verified. Orders usually leave within 2 business days after that. We pack and ship every order ourselves.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. We email you again when the carrier marks it delivered. If you have an account, you can also see your order status under Orders.

Carrier: USPS Priority Mail.

Lost, stolen or late packages

If tracking hasn't moved in 3 days, or it says delivered but you don't have it, email us with your order number.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If it's wrong, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it.
