This policy explains what information we collect, why, and who it's shared with. "We" means LNGRLYF LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
What we collect
When you order
- Your email address, and your phone number if you give one.
- Your shipping address, and a billing address if it's different.
- What you ordered, what you paid, and the payment method you chose.
We never see or store card or bank details. You send payment through a payment app such as CashApp or Venmo, and we only see what that app shows us. That's usually your display name, the amount and the memo.
When you create an account
- Your name and email address, used to sign you in.
- Saved addresses and your order history.
When you use the site
- Your IP address, used for a short time to limit repeated requests and protect the site from abuse.
- If something breaks, an error report containing technical details: the page, browser and error. We don't record your screen or sessions.
We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
We only use cookies the site needs to work:

While you're signing up, we keep your progress in your browser tab (sessionStorage). It's gone when you close the tab.
How we use it
- To take, confirm, ship and support your orders.
- To email you about your order: when it's placed, when payment is confirmed or needs resending, when it ships and when it's delivered. Also a reminder before an unpaid order is cancelled, and if it's cancelled or refunded. These are order emails only, not marketing.
- To keep the site running and secure.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We don't sell your information or share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the store, and only what each one needs:

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 3 years.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@lngrlyf.com. We may need to keep some records, such as orders, where the law requires it.
Age
This site is for people 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
