These terms apply when you use lngrlyf.com or place an order with us. "We" and "us" mean LNGRLYF LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 21 years old and create an account to use this site or buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older, and that you are buying for lawful laboratory research.

We sell only to customers in the United States, and we ship only to US addresses.

2. Research use only

Everything we sell is for laboratory research and in-vitro use only. Our products are not drugs, supplements, food or cosmetics. They are not for human or veterinary use, and not for diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease. The FDA has not evaluated any statement on this site.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. By ordering, you agree to handle our products only in a suitable research setting, following the laws that apply to you. You also agree not to administer them to people or animals.

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, we reserve the items and give you payment instructions. We take payment through the payment apps shown at checkout (such as CashApp or Venmo), sent by you to the handle shown at checkout. Include your order number in the payment memo so we can match it.

• Your order is not confirmed until we verify that your payment arrived. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your payment, and we email you when we do.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled after 48 hours and the items are released.
• If we can't match or verify a payment, we'll tell you and ask you to send it again. We may cancel the order if we still can't verify it.
• We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect it breaks these terms. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices are in US dollars. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund any payment rather than sell at that price.

4. Shipping and risk

We ship orders ourselves. Costs, timing and what happens if a package is lost are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

All sales are final, except as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Your account

You must create an account. After creating one, keep your sign-in details to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, interfere with how it works, or get at data that isn't yours. Don't place orders in someone else's name without their permission.

Resale of our products is prohibited.

8. Warranties and liability

We promise that the product you receive matches its description on this site: the compound, strength and form you ordered. If it doesn't, our Refund & Return Policy explains what we'll do.

Apart from that promise, our products are sold "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't promise that a product will be suitable for your research or produce any particular result.

Our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or the cost of a failed experiment, even if we were told they were possible.

Some places don't allow these limits. Where that's the case, they apply only as far as the law permits.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses if a claim is brought against us because you used our products in a way these terms don't allow, including administering them to a person or animal.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are covered by the terms in place when you placed them.
